Announcing Fall Programs at the Science Center!

Mark your calendars for our exciting fall programs!

We are excited to offer five new STEM-based workshops for kids of all ages! We are partnering with the EpiCenter to bring you these exciting, hands-on classes, each one featuring a different science-based theme:

·         11/10: The Magic Eye - The Art of Illusion

·         11/17: Deconstruction Zone - E-Waste Forensics

·         12/01: Inventor's Workshop

·         12/15: Design Squad

Preschool Power Hour will now be offered on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10:15-11:15am.  We provide science demos and hands-on activities for your little ones. The same great program is offered twice a week to catch all the preschoolers and is FREE with Gallery admission.  Download the brochure for more information.

Did you know the Science Center has a homeschool science club for 2nd-5th graders? Check out our revamped homeschool schedule and format. Once a month from 10-11:45am, we provide social time for homeschooling families, hands-on activities for students, and additional resources for parents to extend the learning at home. Save money by pre-registering!  Download the brochure today.

Please note that these programs take place in the lower level Education Center of Lindale Mall.

Stay informed of other Science Center events, like birthdays and Scout badge labs, through the calendar on our website.

The Science Center is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10am to 5pm and Sunday noon-5pm. Admission during public hours is $3.00. Located at Lindale Mall, the museum has ample parking and is conveniently located between First Avenue and Collins Road.
